Anti-corrosion primer paint for the ship's hull, underwater, deck, superstructure, etc.

• New steel: Contact your CMP representative for advice. • Repair/Maintenance: Rinse all oil and motor fluid.

• Remove salt and other contaminants with (high-pressure) clean water, rinse with water, and dry completely.

• Clean the damaged area by spraying with Sa2 (ISO8501-1:2007) abrasive.

• Minimum or St3 (ISO8501-1:2007) strength machining. • Water jet: Contact your CMP representative for recommendations.

• The type and degree of surface preparation depends on the type and condition of the substrate and the desired performance.

• Use in accordance with standard worldwide maritime specifications.

• Color: Gray, red, white, black, green, etc.

• Flash Point: 27°C (Mixed)

• Volume solids %: 60 ±2 • VOC (Theoretical): 470 g/l.

* When applying with a roller or brush, more coats may be required to achieve the specified film thickness. Strip painting is recommended when painting corners and welds. For confined spaces such as tanks, empty areas, etc., ventilation and fume removal are necessary during application, and curing is required to promote curing.
