BANNOH1500 is a multi-purpose, high-solids epoxy primer that provides excellent physical properties such as hardness, abrasion resistance, and adhesion, while also offering superior flexibility, seawater resistance, and cathodic protection. As a universal primer, it is suitable for most areas of a vessel. It is easy to clean the coating between load changes.

• New steel: Contact your CMP representative for advice.

• Repair/Maintenance: Clean all oil and engine grease.

• Remove salt and other contaminants with (high-pressure) clean water, rinse with water, and dry completely.

• Clean the damaged area by spraying with Sa2 (ISO8501-1:2007) abrasive.

• Minimum or St3 (ISO8501-1:2007) robust machining.

• Water jet: Contact your CMP representative for recommendations.

• The type and degree of surface preparation depends on the type and condition of the substrate and the desired performance.

• Use in accordance with standard worldwide maritime specifications.
